In this session you will learn the following: The steps necessary in conducting a program evaluation. How to identify key stakeholders of the evaluation and why they are important. The components of the logic model and how to best understand them. Outline of a basic evaluation; including data collection methods. How to develop effective performance measures, and be able to describe three ways to use evaluation data to draw conclusions about a program.
